If you’re considering relocating to Peterborough, I’d love to share a few thoughts and tips. As a local Peterborough Realtor, I had the pleasure of growing up in Peterborough’s North End and attending Queen Elizabeth Public Schools and Adam Scott Collegiate. I also left Peterborough to attend University of Toronto and a subsequent Toronto career in Advertising which eventually lead me to relocate back to Peterborough. Relocation can seem overwhelming as there are so many factors to success. With deadlines looming, it can be nerve wrecking to be able to ensure a strategic approach. - Local Network. Many of the clients I’ve helped purchase homes in Peterborough consider renovations to the homes they are buying. It’s been my pleasure to offer my extensive network of electricians, plumbers, painters, roofers and more! Along with local Peterborough tradespeople are other professionals including lawyers and designers. Heck, I can even recommend a great restaurant or cafe, an amazing hiking trail or place to launch a boat…but I keep my fishing holes secret….

From my initial ‘needs assessment’ discussions, my goal is to ensure we utilize your time (and mine) to be effective. To carefully prequalify suitable homes for viewing in the areas that align with your needs. Once we’ve found your dream home, it’s my job to effectively negotiate the deal and that includes much more than price. I’m happy to organize inspections, assist with moving logistics and ensure clear, concise communications are at the heart of the process. As mentioned, often that might include coordinating tradespeople commencing work after closing but prior to your moving. From a new kitchen to a dream ensuite, I’ve undertaken extensive renovations locally as well as served as GC on multi-million dollar builds.
